Biografi

Aina Flatjord-Nilsen is a self-taught artist who painted her first artwork in 1999 and has since had numerous exhibitions in Norway and Germany, including at galerie m bech, durbach and galerie comebech ltd in 2019. In 2018, she was named the artist of the year by Kunstklubben DnB and was selected as an exhibitor at the December Exhibition at Trondheim Kunstforening. Her artworks have been purchased by entities such as Statens barnehus, Åsheim elementary school, Tiller dental office, Sjøhaug & Sande optician, Kommunens pensjonskasse, and St. Olavs hospital. She has been a regular exhibitor at the Modern Art Gallery in Trondheim since 2017 and at Galleri Nord in Tromsø since 2023.

"I have always had a passion for colors, design, and interior. I paint with acrylic in various forms, including acrylic mass, acrylic paint, and acrylic spray, in combination with water, sponge, brush, and knife. My artworks are created based on my mood and inspired by things that evoke emotions in me."
